• Term Expand/Collapse is not persisting in the My Courses Plus - Resolved (Thursday, January 28, 2021)
  

  After our Winter upgrade to Q4 2019, we learned that the Term Expand/Collapse is not persisting in the My Courses Plus module. This means if you expand Term SP21, and come back in another session, you will find Term SP21 collapsed once more. And any terms expanded prior to our upgrade, will stay expanded.

  February 18, 2021: JHU has updated the My Courses Plus module; this should persist the Term Expand/Collapse.

• Phishing emails appearing to come from Blackboard (Tuesday, June 23, 2015)
  

  Phishing scams use fraudulent emails to get users to reveal confidential information. Such emails usually look like they come from a legitimate organization such as Blackboard but contain links to illegitimate sites.

  Blackboard has become aware of a mass phishing scam targeting customers using Blackboard Learn. To be clear, Blackboard Learn has not been hacked -- these are emails sent directly from a spammer to emails it may have harvested by spidering the institution's websites for email addresses.
