Logging into Blackboard

To log into Blackboard, open your web broswer and go to http://blackboard.jhu.edu

On the BB Login screen, click Login using JHU Enterprise Authentication

How to reset your JHED Password

On the login screen, click "Forgot Password"

You will now be prompted to enter your JHED ID and type in the letters from the image to move to the next step

Create a new password, following the guidelines, and enter it into the New Password and Confim Password fields.

Enter your Date of Birth and the last five digits of your SSN (Social Security Number)

Congratulations, your password has been reset.

Mozilla Firefox (If you are using a Mac, Firefox is prefered to Safari)

Cookies must be enabled

1. From the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Move the slider to Medium, and click OK.

3. Under History, choose Use Custom Settings for History in the drop-down next to Firefox will. Make sure Accept Cookies from Sites is checked. Click OK.
